Ather Halo Helmet Features
The Halo Smart Helmet series is an Industry-first development made by Ather Energy with a ton of practical and useful features for both the rider and pillion. These are the first versions of Ather’s connected electric scooter experience. Here are some of the features of Ather Halo smart helmet:
Ather Chitchat

Ather introduced the state-of-the-art features in the smart helmet series. Ather Chitchat is a built-in intercom system that lets you communicate with your pillion rider with exceptional clarity. Crystal-clear audio ensures better hearing without compromising your awareness of your surrounding traffic. It is similar to a car’s cabin-like experience while riding – that’s the magic of Ather Chitchat.
Premium Audio Experience

Ather Halo smart helmets enhance the riding experience with an immersive audio experience. The Ather Halo (full-face variant) integrates premium speakers by Harman Kardon, a name known for superior sound quality. One can enjoy music or answer calls with exceptional clarity while riding Ather electric scooters.
Wireless Charging

Ather’s smart helmet series comes with wireless charging functionality. Here’s where things get more smart – Ather has placed the wireless charger in the under seat storage of their scooters for a seamless charging experience. You can simply place your helmet in the storage compartment after your ride, and it will start charging automatically. No more running around with chargers or worrying about a helmet with a dead battery. The Ather Halo will always be fully charged before your ride.
Great Battery Life
The first version of Ather smart helmets has a battery life of 10 days on a single charge since it uses Bluetooth connectivity to function. This scenario is highly unlikely because of the wireless charging functionality in the underseat storage which keeps the helmets charged when not in use.
Safety and Design

Just like their electric scooters, Ather prioritizes safety without compromising on the style of the smart helmet series. The Ather Halo series has ISI and global DOT certification, meeting the highest safety standards. The helmets have a super strong build, featuring a plush interior and an ergonomically designed outside shell for a perfect fit and aerodynamics. Integrated ventilation channels in the helmets ensure proper airflow, keeping riders cool and comfortable on long rides.
These two variants are just the beginning of smart helmets in India. As technology advances, we can expect to see even more innovative features integrated into the Ather smart helmets such as Heads-Up Display (HUD), Advanced Navigation Systems, and Environment Monitoring.
Overall the design and features in the Ather Halo smart helmet series point towards a future of connected electric scooters, pushing the boundaries of micro-mobility in India.
