Lately, electric bikes have been on par with ICE bikes in terms of power and performance. We have considered Ultraviolette F77 and KTM 390 for this comparison.
In terms of power, KTM has a slight edge with a power output of 42.9 hp compared to F77's 38.9 hp power.
As for the torque, the F77 shines with 95 Nm, compared to the KTM 390’s 37 Nm. Higher torque gives the F77 superior acceleration and performance.
F77 can accelerate from 0-60 km/h in 3.1 seconds and has a top speed of 147 km/h, while KTM does that in 2.7 sec seconds, with a top speed of 167 km/h.
The F77 offers a range of 317 km on a full charge ( 0-80% in just 50 minutes), while the KTM 390 can go 306 km on a full tank. The fast charging in F77 makes it easier.
The F77 is priced at ₹3.8 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the KTM 390 comes in at ₹2.87 lakh (ex-showroom). The price can be justified for performance.
